So we had a forum on games we play in stores and call centers. My call center buddies and I have decided the word for today is Gazeebo. So I will attempt to use it as many times in calls today as I can.I will attempt at least once per call.... This might be tough..... "Does your phone drop calls if your in a Gazeebo?" Insurance would cover your phone if a Gazeebo droped on it or if you lost it in a Gazeebo.... hmmmmmmmmm This might be hard.

discussing defective phone: "The phones just come off an assembly line and some times, like breakfast, you know... you just get a piece of burnt peanut butter toast in the batch. but not to worry we can get you right over to warranty and get that replaced" 🤣
