I have customers that insist the iPhone 5 is still coming soon, and do not want to upgrade to the 4S.

🤣 Ugh, sadly ya. Sprint is awful at handling everything. We are letting people order the phone that we don't even have in our warehouse.

Yeah, I mean it's helping with sales cuz now its not just one dead end call after another, ....yet again those dead end calls back been replaced with
