Getting "Quality'd" and having them capture you writing on Phonescoop.
So I sit down with my boss today, and have my weekly coaching session. He goes over a bunch of stuff, and then we proceed to listen to a call I got Qualitied/scored on yesterday.
I got a score of 96.67 out of 100 which is pretty good, but he wasn't happy because it caught me typing up a post here on good ol' phonescoop.
He then asked me what it was, and I gave him a general idea. He also made a comment that he is surprised that this site isn't blocked. 😕
Hopefully he doesn't mention it to the I.T. guys. 😲 👀

oh oh.....i hope its not here in my center. well actually i know its not cause we never get pulled off the phones for coaching or QA anymore, even on out negative surveys. 😡
