I was about to activate new service for a customer when I had a gentleman enter the store. I noticed he had a bill, so I asked if he was doing a quick bill pay. He said no. SO...

I'm sorry, sir, you said no when it WAS a bill pay, and you had to wait for me to finish with my new customer. I'm sorry I could not access your business account because you don't have the tax ID, even though you said you've been at this location before which will ALWAYS requires that number to access the account. Thank you for saying I know my stuff when I was showing the customer how to use their phone, but don't insult me immediately after by calling me a loser who sits and plays with phones all day.
