Other Warranty Depts

what is the general call flow for anyone not in att wsc?

more specifically, is there 20 mins of doing b/s troubleshooting only to end up with the cust saying "this is a waste of time I'm going to x-carrier"?

just curious

glad im not the only one. i do find that the fact that HTC doesnt cover "Acts of God" under their warranty hilarious though.

I did over a year and a half doing at&t's WSC calls. I got cussed out more for the RAZR than any other phone. Did they evetr stop to think that the problem is with Motorola for making the P.O.S. in the first place, NOT at&t or anyone else that carried it?
