Any Other Questions?

Does anyone else have customer that when asked "Do you have any other questions today?" reply with "No" but then ask a question anyway. I have had this way too many times this week. 😡

I really dont like asking this question most the time... I wish it was not a part of our call flow... ☹️

I feel ya. After a long call you basically just sit there after asking that dreadful question hoping they choke on something before being able to say Yes I do!!

It is better than us. We have to ask verbatim "Do you have any other equipment, billing, or coverage issues I can address for you today?" Always leads to "Well, when I use the overpass from stupid Highway67 to Dumb highway 56 I lose service why is that?"

I just hate this question because inevitably it is followed with

"well since I have you on the line can you do......"

OR

"well actually yes can you tell me......."
