I fill sorry for the agent that my boss just called into customer care for when she was on the other line with her daughter and made the agent wait to talk

wait you can get in trouble for poor customer service ... in customer service

since when?


I thought you could just get in trouble for
stats
attendance
dress code
adherence
parking
restroom breaks
drinking decaf
having an escalation
cubicle clutter
using the microwave
being to work on time
staying late
leaving on time
writing with your left hand
wearing glasses
using the internet for work
knowing the ceo's phone number/email address

but actual customer service?

I am so screwed
...

I don't think you can get in trouble I just thought it was really rude for someone to do that
