Don't put into your notes that your customer is mentally ill and needs serious help because she's screaming and cursing at you.

This gave me one heck of a laugh as I'm reviewing this absolutely egregious customer's history with us (40+ touches this month alone), but you're gonna wind up with an IRT or a serious write up if you're not careful, whoever you are, my dear Financial Services agent.

...seriously though, thanks for the laugh, needed it after dealing with her. 🤣
