SPRINT REPS!
If a customer wants to add lines to an account that they've had active for less than 13 months and they were only approved originally for let's say 2 lines, is there any possible way at all to push through the line request upgrade even though the account has been active for less than the 13 months necessary?

I don't think so, but if you wanted to try and make it happen, you would want to talk to Credit Dept.

Everytime I call the credit department to ask for more lines they tell me the account HAS to be active for 13 months with good payments meaning no disconnect in order to add more lines.

I believe 13 months with no interuptions, and more than 9 months since the last review. I believe thats it. Credit dept is one to ask.

This just recently changed though, it used to be 18... 🙂
