duh.. they might be our boss but it was only when we were just @ d office but once we pass the bldg. they are just ordinary junk as they could be.! 🤨

Its a supervisors job to stay within policy as they are held accountable if mistakes are made. Everyone else is just a "dumb agent" that doesn't know any better, even if they do. If your sup just mindlessly passes down write ups, then go ahead and complain. Investigation is always needed because customers lie.
