He just wouldn't stop repeating himself so I let him keep talking.
Finally when he was all done, I said.
Sir, you're eligible for a full upgrade on your existing line.
All I could think of was that I should have added "and if you would have shut the F up 15 minutes ago I would have taken care of you then instead of listening to your pity story about how you were mistreated"
