So, I just finished an hour long call with a lady from New York and her five friends and I'm absolutely ready to take a rip to New York and choke them all.
She refused to give her zip code at first and then wanted the highest price phones for free because they were on sale last week and she wasn't able to take advantage of it.
She insisted that I put a supervisor on the line to get her the phones for free and I let her know that wouldn't make any difference.
I'm so fed up with New Yorker attitudes. I'm sure that there are plenty of friendly New Yorkers but the majority are creating a horrible stereotype and making my day horrible.

Asking for a supervisor makes her not my problem anymore. Now people that ask for a sup before I've had a chance to work with them, I will try to de-escalate them. But if I've told someone the facts and they want to argue, they can have the supervisor.
