High Call Volume
..is what I hate the most! 😡
Call after call after call after call.. Thank you for calling.. Ok, done, bye (Customer hang up, there's no time to breathe because another f0cking call will come in!) Thank..you..for..calling.. (Panting)
High call volume=HELL/PAIN/MISERY

We do it every day. lucky to have 4 to 5 sec. between calls. People hold for about 30 mins most days.

I am very glad I do not work in a call center but as an indirect agent.

we're at least 26 in que all friggin day. Last friday we had at least 50 calls waiting all day.

Is there anyway to roll over and kick something (cord, comp, phone, power etc.) or fall off your chair and hang out for a min. The best time wasters could stretch that into a 20 minute break.

Just another day in Ohio for us. The pain is it takes 5 to 10 mins to get to a manager for anything!
