Nothing but the typical 'have to have the 4G Iphone' Customers

and

the I have to repeat myself customers.
me: 'This price is with 2 yr agreement'
cust: 'so your saying that I need to sign a 2 yr agreement?' or 'how long is the contract?'

Customer calls into the store and wants me to get info from her account. I explained that it's agaiinst policy to access an account over the phone and to call customer care or come into the store.
She says she can't make it into the store so how is she going to call customer care when she has no phone.
Me: How are you talking to me right now?
Her: On my house phone.
Me: Well there you go.
Her: Oh yeah. I guess I call then.
Seriously?????

Cus- I want to exchange this phone, it doesn't work.

Me- What's wrong with it?

Cus- It won't power on all the way.

Me- Okay. I see your still under buyer's remorse so this device can definately be exchanged. Do you have your original packaging and receipt?

Cus- I don't have all that. I don't even think I have the receipt at all. I aint got no gas to be driving all around, you a corporate t-mobile. You need to exchange this phone.

Me- First off, we aren't supposed to do an exchange for a device you bought at another store. Although I can bypass this for you, I'm unable to comply with your demand without having any of the original paperwork or packaging.

In tech it's more of "the stupid rep of the day"


Customer dropped phone in water and needs to talk to you to have phone reset."

"Customer is asking for sup"

" customer has no service where she is so we changed her number to an area of perfect service and she still can not make/ receive calls"

" I know there is many towers down at this time but the customer insists we put her on one so here she is"

My stupid customer conversation of the day sounds like this:

Cust: I sent back my phone for a replacement phone and I want to know where it is.


Me: Can I get your phone #

cust: I don't know it

Me: How long have you had service with us?

cust: about 1 year

Me: Do you have an order #?

Cust: no

Me: Could I get your ssn?

Cust: I'm not sure what it is. Can you wait a few minutes

Me(looking for some type of sharp instrument to slash my wrists with)

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Minding my own business here at the location when I get a text message from my buddy at AT&T

"you have a couple heading your way who's obviously trying to use a fake soc, have fun!"

Sure enough the couple shows up, they both run "Nancy" and I send them packing, but not before sending the Sprint guy up the hall a message:

"you have a couple heading your way who's obviously trying to use a fake soc, have fun!"

I got a reply a couple of minutes later,

"got em, shipping them over to Verizon"

I love this mall. 😁
