It's pretty interesting to conference a call with Retentions. I love hearing how the customer raises hell about cancelling the services just because he's not getting something that's impossible to get, then the Retentions rep will non-chalantly ask for the cancellation request and customer is like, 'Ahh...Uhh.. I'll call you back to cancel!'
They think we'd really beg for them to stay as customers?! Heck, no. đĄ
