I was torn a new one by a customer because We TOOK away thier friends and family when they changed to the Unlimited calling plan.
I tried to be helpful and suggested until that could be corrected that perhaps they could use some of their limitless minutes to call their friends and family.
They then asked me to place my finger up my arse. and then called me a smart ass.
I informed them that was not a current promotion and asked them what other features attracted them.
