Why do customers ask a question...

Only to cut me off 2 syllables into answering to deliver another 5 minute diatribe, rinse and repeat until they finally ask for a sup?

The rules, folks: you talk, I stop. I've got no control over it.

Heh, I hate it when they answer their own questions.

"My phone is broke and the insurance wants me to pay a $50.00 deductible to replace it. What do I do?"

"Pay it...?"
