Rep: I do understand you frustration, would you like to lower your plan?
Cust: WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU!? I HAVE CANDIAN ROAMING CHARGES AND IM IN NEW YORK!
Rep: ok, I'll be glad to assist you with that, would you like to switch to our Canadian plan?
Cust: Your Stupid
Rep: I'm Sorry you feel that way, I do see your on the 550 rate plan, you can make that canadian for about +$20/month

Me too. Our policy is to callback anytime we think a call dropped. When a customer screams obsceneties and then the phone clicks, I call them back. I don't know if the call dropped, and I wouldn't want them to think I hung up on them. 😈
