I just wanted to thank the managers and higher ups who decided to close their St. Louis, Missouri call center. You forced me to free myself of working in customer care for a wireless company. I worked for TMo for almost 5 years and then another 1.5+ years for big VZ. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for forcing me to find a new line of work. I now work in online sporting goods.
