shoot me! heading over three hours in this chat with an old woman "thinking" about switching service. she can't make up her mind and asking ridiculous old people questions that are obvious. my break was over an hour ago, i have to pee, and she won't order and won't hang up! i don't even care to get her order at this point.... 😳

I know...after THREE HOURS AND FORTY FIVE MINUTES she ended the chat and left the website completely. We'd made it to the features part of the order... if it wouldn't break my hand I'd punch the computer. 😢 😳
