Why is it they think they can yell at you for there bill being so high, for overage charges, and when you ask them if they know how to check there mins they said yes but they dont have time to check there mins, its our responsible to tell them they are over there mins, ya right like i have time to call over 250000000 million people when they go over, take responsite for your actions people

I suggest just make it an automated system call. 🙂 We know they always either hung up on it or dont listen to whatever it's saying... heck they bareLY listen to what we tell them more times than not. 😁 That way its all noted on the account and we get to tell them; -I see here we've called you here there and oh! there as well. 😈
