I've had a few for Sprint. Always liked talking to people, especially women, when their last name was Cox or Dix. It was outbound telesales so they were always nasty, bitchy sounding women, so I always loved getting in the "Mrs. Cox/Dix" in as much as I could. Anyone with the last name Gay was always fun too.
Like most people here, you can't swear on the phone, but when the customer's name is one or sounds like one, well, that's always nice. I talked to a Mrs. Sh(eye)ttu once. Was only like a 2 minute call but I said her name about 6 times.
