Our system is wonky and cx are yelling at me because teh system is down. How do I have any control over that?

I'm in a Call center and they just updated our system. People are nasty when you tell them the system is down.

I'd go home. You have kids. I'm sure an "emergency" could pop up. Unless it would put your job at stake, unemployment, etc. At least in a few hours people will be too drunk and into the game to be calling you!
