How hard is it to comprehend that..

your order will be SHIPPED overnight, and that PROCESSING in the warehouse takes 2-5 business days? It blatantly says right on the website "Please allow 2-5 business days for processing, and when the order has completed, we will ship it overnight" 👿 I don't care if your current phones are "not fast enough" either you whiny baby.

No it will be processed in 4 to 6 hours and overnight delivered in 1 to 5 days. You will recieve your phone in about 7 train

I love when the customer complains that they don't want to wait the 2-5 days for their warratny swap, but they absolutely refuse to drive 15 minutes down the road to the EXCHANGE CENTER where they swap it on the spot. They just have to complain about everything.

😕 Can't someone from the exchange center just deliver it to me? I don't think I should waste 15 minutes of gas mileage. But i need a phone today because I am missing a lot of important phone calls.

OK, so how about a call at 5 minutes after midnight and the caller states "they told me to call back in 24 hours and it's tomorrow". They originally spoke at about 6 pm. I said "24 hours" is not the same as "tomorrow". Yes, it is "tomorrow", however 24 hours has not passed.
