Only at my company!

Only during the holidays and only at my company could a non-customer service rep (Billing research and account maintenance) deal with this customer.
Legend:
Customer=Custy
Me=Agent
()=customer speaking over me

Custy: I want to dispute that I didn't get my deposit.

Agent: I'd be more than happy to help you with that, are you talking about Phone number ***-***-****?

Custy: No, the one I just bought last week!

Agent: Oh, well this shows that the phone line is still active. ๐Ÿคจ

Custy: No it's not. I turned it off within an hour.

Agent: Are you sure miss? Because I show that the phone line is active. ๐Ÿ˜•

Custy: Positive. I turned the phone off and left it on the counter for the man to take back, now I want my depos...

One that told me the little red line through the white area on their battery meant the battery was bad, and I had to give them a new one. Oh, and I had to give them a new back for their phone under warranty because their dog ate it... and a new phone because their battery was shot, and they had no back for their phone.
