At least she was honest...
Customer came into report that her phone wouldn't turn on. After looking at the phone I noticed extensive water damage. When I told her that was the problem she said "I wonder if that is because I took it in the shower with me." 😳 Hey, at least she was honest.

unfortunately she did not - she happily purchased a new phone at retail price - and put insurance on the new one!! 😁
