i miss the old method of call monitoring, because i would get 100%
now this new BS system says we have to be the customers' best friend and conversate with them and bring up aht, or else you get marked off.

It's somewhat difficult to be friendly with people who are yelling at you, not paying attention to you, or just generally confused about life. It's like being a house wife with a drunken husband. Or when you were a kid and your parents really wanted you to get along with that dorky kid down the road because they kind of liked his parents.
It's dehumanizing to force someone to pretend to like people who obviously don't have any general manners or respect for people they don't know.
That's why it fails.

My uncle works for a company that works for companies to improve their call centers.
He said sprint is beyond help, that they have the worst employees and the worst system in place ever.
He has AT&T. But im pretty sure sprint ranks last in customer service in most reports.

bah, my response got deleted. so here is the family friendly version.
the opinion is that sprints customer service sucks, from posts you make on here is that your customer service sucks.
your name is modeled after the act of passing someone off, one of sprint customer services biggest problems. and now you are complaining about an action created to improve customer service, to build a friendship with the customer you are trying to transfer.
maybe not being horrible at customer service will help sprints bottom line and if you gotta go you gotta go.
they are sprints customers and like them or not they deserve to be treated with respect.
