i hang up most of the time...

i'm retail..sometimes i have to call in to support for help and i hear an asian voice with heavy accent and they tell me their name is fred...i hang up.

our sub prime care is outsourced....i hate them. all of them. it takes 3 hours to do one thing. i know more than them...i just need the powers.

Not all of us are Phillipines. But you wouldn't believe how many times a day a customer says to me as soon as I answer the phone "Thank God!! An AMERICAN!!!!"

Some of out tech support is outsourced. They are useless. I just call back till I get a real support person
