E: Oh ok. Is there a particular area this is happening for you?
C: Well by my house and all of Rice.
E: Hummm. So do you drop calls everywhere you use your phone?
C: Not everywhere I don't think. But everywhere I go and whenever I try and use it the call drops. And my wife's phone is messed up too!
E: Ok well lets just look at our live maps to see if something in the area is going on. ... ... Well there doesn't appear to be any network outges at this time anywhere near the areas you are describing. What equipment are you using?
