My company includes free calling to Canada and from Canada.

All calls to Texas are International calls. Remember those TV ads that said "It's a whole 'nuther country!"

That's an oldie but a goodie. Though it's always better with international ROAMING customers who sincerely thought their nationwide roaming would cover Canada.
It's a lot more fun taking calls like that when your call center is located in Canada, and they try to spin you some BS history about how the British ceded Canada to the United States back in the 1920's or something.
