Change of Responsibility
The COR process is done via fax machine. Fill out the form and then fax it to the right department..
The right department does not contact the agent or agent office if there is a problem and you have to keep faxing it in until they get it processed..
I started the process on one just before I went on vacation (9-23-09). NEVER got done..customer finally cancelled the process..when after I got back I started one and it got completed in 4 DAYS!!
WTF???
The carrier rep tells me that its just the department. I have made many requests to the powers that be that it needs to be changed..but no luck..
Any similar problems with the process that you follow?
