store manager thinks he is right

CX: High my names is BLAH Number Is BLAH, my phone is damaged

Me: Ok Sir, I'm showing the # provided is not an insured line, I do apologize but we can not file a claim as this is not covered equipment

CX: Well @#$%^&* in my local store said you insure the phone not the number and I had the insurance added to the phone on xxx-xxx-xxxx.

ME: I do apoligize sir but the info you received was incorrect, we do insure the line and whatever equipment may be moved to it after the coverage is added. We can however add the coverage to the correct line thruogh customer care as long as we can veryify the device DID have the coverage added at the time of purchase t...
