Phone Does not work
Cust: My phone is junk, I charged it all night and it does not work now.
Me: Well Let me take look.... After holding fown the power button..... seems to work fine.
Cust: owww have nice day?!?!?
Seriuosly has got to the point that people do not know phones have power buttons?

I like to think we are - since customers seem to complain that their phone is cursed and wont work, but then ...once placed into our magiciany like hands...it works miraculously. 🙄

We do somehow make phones work. I have that effect on all technology. I would do the same thing to computers before I got into Cell phones. Some ppl are just blessed with the gift as well.

Me your warranty is with the maker of the phone not the service provider.
cust: no, you will fix the phone i bought here.
Me: Let me explain to you this way. if your TV breaks due you call the cable company and ask them to fix it?
Cust: no but i did not buy my TV from them.
Me: no you probably did not but like the cable company we are service provider we do not make phones, but to get our service your require a phone. So to help support our service and our customers we sell phones, just like best buy sells TV...
