2 types of ppl will come through that door:
1) questions/problems
2) to buy something
This is why it wears on you so badly. Think about it. Those are the options and it isn't 50/50 I'd say more like 80/20, way more problems or questions especially since they can buy themselves online or at walmart and then when they need support....

Man not where I work. We tell online ppl to piss off.

We have to due it a cincinnati bell and online always offers better pricing than in store. Then to save the customer on shipping we fill the order in store.
