I was on the phone with them for 40 minutes!!! just trying to see if a wired headset was under warranty...the first guy xferred me to blackberry... ? why?? I have no idea! The 2nd guy had me on hold for the longest time! If that call gets pulled I will probably lose my job

I'm on a level 6 and I have 3 corrective actions...one of the sup's over in WTS said I need to be on a level 4 and no corrective actions

I just had to deal with them again...they migrated a custy over from month to month to an AC and they told him to go into a tmo store to get his discounted phone...FP didnt even understand what was going on...i'm assuming they had to wait a certain time period in order to get a phone... ? i have no idea.

Just dealt with them myself. Didn't go too bad though. Yes, I work outsourced for Sprint, but I'm with TMO as a customer. Long story, not related to Sprint's customer care department.
