Not me but alot of my customers like to use the restroom while they talk to me. HAHA

probably like a year ago I was sitting in my cubicle I recieved a call from a man, he was explaining to me that he just got out of a 7 year vaca in prison trying to resume his services. I explained that after that period of time it's impossible that he would have to clear up past due and try again for a new account. He proceeded to tell me about his girl friend, that she's dark skinned and he likes white women. I am obvious white voiced..then he got dirty. Did I cross the line, maybe apparently I could have been fired.

yep there's one guy who calls in everyday and waits to get a woman then proceeds to please himself to her voice.

There was someone doing that as well where I work at. They found out who it was and canceled his service and he was charged etf's.

We can't i guess we're supposed to leave a warning on the account of the behavior of the customer, but I'm not a hater, I spread the love!

No lol that's not what I meant, I meant I didn't put the warning on the account so other reps could be surprised when the cust loves on them.

i had a guy call in one time that said he wasn't a customer but started asking about phones and plans and then asked if his sister could get a job with the company at the call center and then how when she used to work in a mall one late night a ups man raped her-however with as much detail as he went into to i would imagine it was he who performed the act and it wasn't his sister, or maybe he hoped it was sissy. Anyway, i got the same customer again about 8 months later and when he asked if it was a safe place to work i told him there was safety in numbers and he hung up, haven't got him since but other have, so gross!
