me: mr.(zemog) this will be ur third replacment in a period of twelve months. which means ur insurance will drop from tep to only espr......(interupted)

cust: wao wao wao no i dont think so i have only done one replacement for this phone in january when i lost it and in march when the screen cracked and thats not even a replacemant thats an exchange because i had to send the damaged phone back...

me: mr.(zemog) that is considered a claim...

cust: NO IT IS NOT DAMN IT!

me: yes it is sir and to replacethis phone you know there is a deductible of 50 dollars..

cust: wat why i didint know that

me: well mr.(zemog) the previous claims were maid by u and one was billed to account and the second one was with a credit card...
