Seriously? Today?
I already don't want to be here. It's been slow, and I'm annoyed. Don't tell me to get everything set up for your new phone, and then sit on the couch and argue with your current provider about why you're cancelling their service. Either come ready to be my customer 100% or stay where you're at. My activation system is tied up with your sale right now, and I can't do anything should another customer walk in the door. And learn to communicate with proper English. Please.

sometimes i would like to turn the monitor around to the new customer that walks in. "sir would you like to see what I am blogging about the previous customer so you dont make any mistakes" aaaaand action!
