I dont have to honor the contract

I am from California and we never have to uphold our part of the bargain. We don't care that there was an agreement made between 2 parties. Californians are above doing anything we say we will do. Just remember that the customer is always right. I might have agreed to your terms and conditions back then, but, in Cali this means nothing. (Insert Cartman's voice here)"Whatever, I do what I want."

Could be part of the reason prices are so high. Paying for problems. Didn't t-mobile or spring have to pay millions in ETF refunds? Cali FTW!
