M- ok? are refill card pin numbers are only 14 digits..

C= the pin number for my bank card is 1234, but im not sure why you need my pin number..

M= this is your bank card number?

c= yes. just add ten dollars to the flex acct.

M= we can only use refill cards here, i need to get you over to the refill center if you wanna use ur bedit card.
