Dear Call Center People
Have you ever solicited something other than phones over the phone? Have you ever offered any "special" services? Would you do this to a mean custy? or a dirty one? I would, just to see if they really record it. And if I was the guy listening to the recordings... I would laugh so hard, tell you to keep it up and post the recording on Youtube.

I've have things solicited towards me, but i dont think i have offered any customers any "Special" service. For sprint, All calls are recorded, not monitored but they are recorded.

The recordings are propietary. The company I work for would press charges against me if I posted one of our recordings on You Tube.
