Dumb Employee
Today I terminated an employee for theft, credit and id fraud. He activated a line on a customers account so he could try to purchase a phone for the subsidized price. He then reversed the upgrade to try to avoid "getting caught"... Its a shame... Background checks just don't dig deep enough I'm afraid. Of course there is no real way to iradicate these type of instances completely, but I just wish there was more I could do to avoid this. It causes so many issues and an extreme loss of rapport from the customer from our location and Company...
