Our stores use a celle-brite. It transfers all the phone book data from one phone to another. It has cords that will work with almost any phone out there. It hooks in through the charge port so if it's messed up in any way it will not work

Celle-brite here too. Not every phone works (because some have been too gimped up by the customer) but about 90% of the phones we try will transfer.
