Yes, chats like these are the ones that make you want to pull your hair out. The CRC agent was a bit annoying also. They were obviously not paying attention to the customer. Most likely had another customer who they thought they would sell too.
If I thought that I could get away with it I would post some of my chats. I do get some funny ones that just make my day. I did at one point have someone ask me when the iPhone would be available in Darth Maul red or Lightsaber blue.
