METROPCS is NOT the business!

They are always informing the cx's of the wrong information, such as;

1. The deductible prices ( Asurion cannot replace you SAMSUNG FINESSE for $10.

2. Here, just call the ins co and u will have the phn tomorrow. (The cx has to fill out claim forms, so how about helping them out with the forms)

3. You warranty is only 6 mos. ( They have 1 yr warranties for new phns)

Geez, im sick of this!
