I love living in Washington state 🙂 I have never ONCE seen a person in my store who talked like that (some that dressed like that, but they don't try to talk like it). The closest we get to un-understandable customers is upriver hicks, but they still ENUNCIATE their words, unlike their southern counterparts. Well, that and a ton of spanish speaking only hispanics XD
