Sitting like a fly on a cow pie
So I was at work and sat there for an hour... and I'm still sitting here and not one person has come through the doors... not even one.. I've already jumped the rolling office chair over the power cord a few times. I've texted everyone in my phonebook, and I'm still bored. No one is on phonescoop and it's a bad month for sales.

I count all the tiles in the ceiling, and when Im through with that I usually surf the web on my phone, and if that doesnt fufill the lack of excitment for myself I prank call other stores in my region. I usually Meow and Hang up, or if its someone i really think is a D bag I'll act like I really want to activate a new five line family plan, keep asking questions for a good, ehhh i dunno 15 minutes, and towards the end just say "Nahhh i think im going to go with **Insert another company name here**.

Are you serious? My office sees about 200 customers a day. I wish we had the time or more importantly a chair on the sales floor to sit in for a second or two. A chair for FBT'S would be nice. We usually skip lunches we are so busy and thats with 20 employees working the floor.

Well it depends if you are doing a 30 line bizz re-rate or setting up cals for another companies IT department that just purchased a BB server. Or maybe TS'ing(for the 4th time) some 70 old's Vista laptop beacause she can't seem to get her aircard working. So yeah it does take a little time to take care of our mixed demographic. Plus, seriously no chairs. If my customers have to stand, I guess I should too.

My company doesnt have those services to offer to get involved with the customers to that extent, so now I can see where your coming from. Myself on the other hand I spend about 60% of my day on a chair, until I get bored and stand up.

LOL!!! yep my location is crazy busy. what suks is locations quotas are relative to your respective business. so someone in one location could sell 200 contracts in a month will make the same a someone at another store with only 60 contracts on for the month.
