Why?
I really hate it when people call up and say something like: "I have a problem with my phone, it (insert random stupid problem here)"
First they are usually on their damn phone and second what do you want me to do about it over the phone. Bring the freakin thing in or call tech support. They are set up for that we are not.

"Oh yes lady, just a second while I get on the INTERNET and do some fancy computer hacking to magically fix your phone via air waves. I will have to warn you, there is a 100% chance you'll get cancer when I do this if you are within 100 feet of your cell phone. You might want to set it down and leave it alone for an hour or two."
"Oh thank you SALES SPECIALIST who has not been trained to sell but rather to fix phones and give new ones over the air with no form of ID"

I had a guy come and tell me, "I just bought a laptop. I need internet at my home"
So, i set him up with DSL 🙂 A week later....
cust: "My internet is working at my house, so what do i do with it?"
me: "What do you mean?" 🤨
cust: "Well, what do i use the internet for?"
me: 🤨 😕
