C: I need to see if you have a car charger for my phone.
M: Do you know what kind of phone it is?
C: No.
M: Okay easy enough, just go ahead and take the battery out of your phone and there should be a model number on the label where the battery was.
C: Okay hang one. *Click*
Five minutes later...
C: Yea I was just on the phone with you about a car charger, and you hung up on me.
M: *headdesk*
C: I need to see if you have a car charger for my phone.
