The Sprint online reps are stupid. They use scripts all the time and I don't think they're allowed to waver from them... either that or they're just completely unreal.
But I always love telling people here that they'll pay $270/month on the unlimited plan with Verizon for two lines versus $190/month with Sprint. Teehee.
